Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Klaas Kuypers kicked off to start the match. Leon van Zwieten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luuk de Jong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Leon Staal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon van Zwieten kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. If Willem Paas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Luuk de Jong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leon Staal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luuk de Jong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oudsdorp Eendracht's Leon Staal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klaas Kuypers in the 23rd minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Oudsdorp Eendracht's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Wansink came free, but Leon Staal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leon Staal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luuk de Jong in the 32nd minute of the match. Frits de Putter came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Elroy Drenth could save by the left post. Klaas Kuypers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wim Saarberg kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Willem Paas to make the kick off. When Oudsdorp Eendracht's Frits de Putter in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 57th minute, Leon van Zwieten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klaas Kuypers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Stavoren's Luuk de Jong slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leon Staal. That made the score 0-2 after 62 minutes of play. Jan-Peter Kuypers kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. If Klaas Kuypers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klaas Kuypers got free with Leon Staal in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elroy Drenth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willem Paas in the 86th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frits de Putter in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elroy Drenth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elroy Drenth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willem Paas in the 90th minute of play. When the match was over Stavoren could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Oudsdorp Eendracht throughout the match.
