When Donny Abbekerk came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Halfeind S.V. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donny Abbekerk couldn't finish the play. Papulopulix's Denny Even got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Papulopulix booed when Halfeind S.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Meindert Zimmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Sascha Vittinghoff dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Damien Steelman, 1-0. If Edgar Ponk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donny Abbekerk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 邵潮棋 having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Halfeind S.V.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Domenik Baardmam fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Papulopulix getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jack Pluym hit a great ball. Jan Rein Lanting, 36 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Sascha Vittinghoff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damien Steelman was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sascha Vittinghoff. Denny Even received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Damien Steelman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After 56 minutes, Tommie Kramer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Papulopulix and the Halfeind S.V. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Papulopulix getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Tommie Kramer hit a great ball. Sascha Vittinghoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sascha Vittinghoff in the 62nd minute of play forced Halfeind S.V.'s goalkeeper Damien Steelman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denny Even sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Halfeind S.V.'s Edgar Ponk got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 69 played minutes Halfeind S.V. got a freekick which was hit by Tonny Lute. Denny Even sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damien Steelman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sascha Vittinghoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenik Baardmam in the 81st minute of play forced Halfeind S.V.'s goalkeeper Damien Steelman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute Donny Abbekerk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 邵潮棋 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Meindert Zimmer's late challenge caught a Papulopulix's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Meindert Zimmer helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Halfeind S.V. getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Meindert Zimmer hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Edgar Ponk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Halfeind S.V.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Ponk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 邵潮棋 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Donny Abbekerk was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Papulopulix's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
