Wilfred Tigelaar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bob Spijkerman to strike the kick off in the second half. Henk-Jan Adelaar might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chris Bok. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henk-Jan Adelaar ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Dynamites booed when SVA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martien Breinburg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascall Daalmeyer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Henk-Jan Adelaar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Chris Bok when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Wilfred Tigelaar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martien Breinburg, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The audience was convinced that Philip Rutgers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilfred Tigelaar was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. After 77 played minutes Dynamites got a freekick which was hit by Karel Castelen. Pascall Daalmeyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SVA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Bob Spijkerman scored to the left of an out of position Chris Bok, making the score, 0-2. Wilfred Tigelaar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martien Breinburg in the 95th minute of the match. Dynamites's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
