Spectators: 5726 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Godfried van Ankeren took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ronald Meurs kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Conrado Ebardo's late challenge caught a Gening's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado Ebardo helped the player get up and apologised. After 12 played minutes Clape got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Ebardo. When Olaf Ostermann came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Gening fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olaf Ostermann couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute, Conrado Ebardo made a precise shot to the right of Stefan Heije. Gening's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 19 minutes into the game, Conrado Ebardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Stefan Heije was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gert Wiersma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Heije having to interfere. A collision led to Clape getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Ronald Meurs hit a great ball. Gening's Serge Zeydeveld couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 27th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Clape. In the 32nd minute, Godfried van Ankeren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stefan Heije. The goal made the score 3-0. A collision led to Gening getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Rolf Aelbrecht hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Gening's Serge Zeydeveld got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute Adriaan Boswijk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Heije saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes in the game, Godfried van Ankeren fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Stefan Heije having to interfere. Stefan Heije made an important save on a dangerous shot by Conrado Ebardo in the 45th minute. Godfried van Ankeren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Godfried van Ankeren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Heije having to interfere. After 52 minutes of play, Clape's Conrado Ebardo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Heije was left in no man's land by his defense there! Conrado Ebardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godfried van Ankeren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Stefan Heije tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Godfried van Ankeren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Gening booed when Clape was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Lokin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Franck Ommen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Godfried van Ankeren notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Gening's Stefan Heije. Stefan Heije was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricky Polak during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th match minute, Gening was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricky Polak to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Clape's goal looked a bit too open when Olaf Ostermann came free, but Fernando Velthuis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronald Meurs scored 7-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stefan Heije, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Conrado Ebardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Stefan Heije tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clape's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
