Spectators: 7992 (Terracing: 5995, Seating: 1838, VIP seats: 159) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gerrie Heije got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erwin Iepmann in the 7th minute of play forced Vleut RKSV's goalkeeper Coenraad Genkenaar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 played minutes, Vleut RKSV's Hans Berg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Billy Niewens came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vleut RKSV reached it. When Vleut RKSV's Gerrie Heije in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tornado Kicks's goalie prevented a goal. Billy Niewens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerrie Heije, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 20 minutes Tornado Kicks's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mark Haken who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Pierre Hanekamp heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 26th match minute, Vleut RKSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerrie Heije to maneuver through the defense. Tornado Kicks's Erwin Iepmann got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Richard Weinands charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richard Weinands the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th match minute, Tornado Kicks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermes Malafaia to maneuver through the defense. If Gerrie Heije had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

A collision led to Vleut RKSV getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Pierre Hanekamp hit a great ball. Erwin Iepmann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Coenraad Genkenaar having to make a save. In the 60th minute, Rien Hekman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Coenraad Genkenaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harald Roeles in the 64th minute of play. Harald Roeles took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Coenraad Genkenaar. Coenraad Genkenaar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Coenraad Genkenaar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mike Wijngaart in the 68th minute of the match. Mark Haken was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 71 minutes into the match. Mark Haken kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vleut RKSV's Gerard Jacobs got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Richard Weinands kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Coenraad Genkenaar came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tornado Kicks's Harald Roeles. But to his dismay, Harald Roeles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harald Roeles in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Coenraad Genkenaar saved Vleut RKSV from getting behind. When the referee blew the final whistle, Tornado Kicks could leave the field as winners, despite Vleut RKSV having more of the ball for most of the match.
