Spectators: 7405 (Terracing: 5375, Seating: 1869, VIP seats: 161) Remco de Cler started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Fabiën Klasens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bakermark's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabiën Klasens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Dirks breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoltán Füzesi in the 5th minute of play forced Delson FC's goalkeeper Thomas Dirks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens Lamey kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Erik de Winter kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cesar Bidun. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. After 17 minutes, Michel Waldijk made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Delson FC's Thomas Dirks tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Erik de Winter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Michel Waldijk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thomas Dirks. Delson FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michel Waldijk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Zoltán Füzesi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomas Dirks read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Theo Kruijs with Jayden Benton as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Zoltán Füzesi hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Remco de Cler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Bakermark were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Michel Waldijk made the kick off in the second half. Remco de Cler hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Thomas Dirks acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Zoltán Füzesi. After a rather tough play, Delson FC's Remco de Cler got a free kick in the 60th minute. Michel Waldijk didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-4 via right post in the game's 71st minute. Bakermark's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After 77 minutes, Michel Waldijk made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. Delson FC's Thomas Dirks tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Michel Waldijk sped through Delson FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thomas Dirks. In the 87th minute, Bakermark's Michel Waldijk dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. Erik de Winter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Bidun having to interfere. Michel Waldijk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thomas Dirks having to make a save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bakermark walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
