Gregor Baalen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard Wessel in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to TheDukes getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gerard Wessel hit a great ball. Henry van Veldhuizen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Arends having to interfere. Gerard Wessel in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
