Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Victor Gronden made the kick off which started today's match. Sjaak Vrede didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniël van Zijp went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Sjaak Vrede took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Gronden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mickael van Zeggeren in the 12th minute of play forced Vleuten's goalkeeper Sjaak Vrede to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 minutes, Jaap Bot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vleuten and the Oranjú FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 20 minutes into the match, Vleuten's Reinier Melker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nick Need narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Mitchell Iemberge sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Nick Need threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Mitchell Iemberge this time. Coos Collins kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Reinier Melker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nick Need showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaap Bot in the 26th minute of the match. Daniël van Zijp took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sjaak Vrede. Sjaak Vrede dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Reinier Melker came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Vleuten fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reinier Melker couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mickael van Zeggeren in the 39th minute of play forced Vleuten's goalkeeper Sjaak Vrede to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sjaak Vrede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Gronden in the 40th minute of play. Reinier Melker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Nick Need made a huge save. Oranjú FC's Nick Need played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathijs Timmermans in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mathijs Timmermans was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Gronden got free with Sjaak Vrede in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 52 minutes into the match, Oranjú FC's goal looked a bit too open when Donald Scheffer came free, but Nick Need reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Donald Scheffer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nick Need was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mickael van Zeggeren in the 60th minute of play forced Vleuten's goalkeeper Sjaak Vrede to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sjaak Vrede took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mickael van Zeggeren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Vleuten's Sjaak Vrede got control of the ball when Victor Gronden tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sjaak Vrede was a little too slow when Mickael van Zeggeren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 2-3. After 67 minutes of play, Oranjú FC's Victor Gronden made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sjaak Vrede was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vleuten's Sjaak Vrede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniël van Zijp in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute Reinier Melker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nick Need saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sjaak Vrede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mickael van Zeggeren in the 77th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Donald Scheffer notched a goal, 3-5, to the right of Oranjú FC's Nick Need. Nick Need was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nick Need showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinier Melker, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. A collision led to Oranjú FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Daniël van Zijp hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, Daniël van Zijp notched a goal, 3-7, to the right of Vleuten's Sjaak Vrede. Sjaak Vrede was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Oranjú FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
