Spectators: 7988 (Terracing: 5992, Seating: 1837, VIP seats: 159) AFC Treubwegje's Diderik Smibum started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. AFC Treubwegje's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hellcity Redstars F.C the free kick. After a rather tough play, AFC Treubwegje's Sven Nagel got a free kick in the 21st minute. Hellcity Redstars F.C's Alwin Batum got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henk Ijksma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Hellcity Redstars F.C's Danny Blanker got a free kick in the 38th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diderik Smibum in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gert van der Werff prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Treubwegje's zone, Adriaan Ricksen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martien Stühling came out of the goal and Adriaan Ricksen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, AFC Treubwegje's Marco Drok got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adriaan Ricksen was the one to do the kick off. Adriaan Ricksen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Martien Stühling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to AFC Treubwegje getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Marco Drok hit a great ball. A hard shot by Alwin Batum from long distance, 55 minutes into the match, got Martien Stühling's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Treubwegje's zone, Harold Wekenburg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martien Stühling came out of the goal and Harold Wekenburg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Hellcity Redstars F.C's Danny Blanker got a free kick in the 59th minute. A collision led to AFC Treubwegje getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jos Meijs hit a great ball. After 62 minutes, Danny Blanker mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hellcity Redstars F.C and the AFC Treubwegje players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AFC Treubwegje booed when Hellcity Redstars F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danny Blanker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martien Stühling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriaan Ricksen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Hellcity Redstars F.C's Danny Blanker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Martien Stühling narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gert van der Werff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diderik Smibum in the 84th minute of play. Adriaan Ricksen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Martien Stühling having to make a save. In the 87thth minute of the game Diderik Smibum who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hellcity Redstars F.C's Gert van der Werff was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diderik Smibum in the 91st minute of play forced Hellcity Redstars F.C's goalkeeper Gert van der Werff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hellcity Redstars F.C's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
