Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Elco Roswinkel made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Arts in the 5th minute of play forced Peppies FC's goalkeeper Andreas Temen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Teunissen in the 10th minute of play forced Bruchterveld HC's goalkeeper Jan Mussies to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Peppies FC's Elco Roswinkel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Fabian Butter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alwin Mastebroek charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alwin Mastebroek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Peppies FC's Alwin Mastebroek got a free kick in the 18th minute. Twan Wilson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Jan Mussies made a huge save. In the 22nd match minute, Bruchterveld HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Duin to maneuver through the defense. Mathieu Zeldenrust kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Tim Arts blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andreas Temen having to make a save. In the 32nd match minute, Peppies FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Teunissen to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the game, Bruchterveld HC's Tim Arts nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andreas Temen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Ruud Klok received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Andreas Temen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Ruud Klok made the kick off in the second half. Tim Arts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Temen having to interfere. Andreas Temen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruud Klok in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute Elco Roswinkel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Mussies saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruud Klok might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andreas Temen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruud Klok ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruud Klok in the 63rd minute of play forced Peppies FC's goalkeeper Andreas Temen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 minutes of play, Peppies FC's Dennis Cales made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Mussies was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dennis Cales charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dennis Cales the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dennis Cales hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Peppies FC's Twan Wilson got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Mussies took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Cales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Butter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Temen having to interfere. Jan Mussies didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Twan Wilson went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 80 minutes into the game, Peppies FC's Elco Roswinkel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan Mussies made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Dennis Cales got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 83 played minutes Peppies FC got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Cales. A collision led to Bruchterveld HC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Kenneth van Driest hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Peppies FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruud Klok came free, but Andreas Temen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Huub Smits during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Peppies FC's Huub Smits got a free kick in the 94th minute. Bruchterveld HC's Ruud Klok couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 95th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Peppies FC. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bruchterveld HC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Peppies FC.
