Paul Bouwman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dennis Langenbach lost his temper 13 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in PolishPower fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! Julius Reiling placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The supporters of D.S United booed when PolishPower was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Rademaker didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in D.S United's zone, Bruno Zeijlemaker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Bouwman came out of the goal and Bruno Zeijlemaker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute of the match Laurens Oosterbaan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Henk Smibum skillfully saved the ball. 23 minutes into the match, PolishPower's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Meijering came free, but Henk Smibum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Hub Oorthuis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henk Smibum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Joeri Keupink was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PolishPower's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave D.S United the free kick. In the 25th match minute, PolishPower was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joeri Keupink to maneuver through the defense. When D.S United's Karsten Hegeman in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With his leg Paul Bouwman managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when PolishPower's Joeri Keupink fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Laurens Oosterbaan fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored D.S United's protests and gave Laurens Oosterbaan a yellow card for diving instead. 40 minutes into the match, PolishPower's Lex Zoetebier broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some careless play in the D.S United defense, Bruno Zeijlemaker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paul Bouwman. The D.S United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paul Bouwman should have stopped the shot. PolishPower's Bruno Zeijlemaker was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 47th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruno Zeijlemaker to strike the kick off in the second half. Karsten Hegeman kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, D.S United's goal looked a bit too open when Arjan Verhoeven came free, but Paul Bouwman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of PolishPower booed when D.S United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Lurling didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to PolishPower getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Arjan Verhoeven hit a great ball. Henk Smibum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hub Oorthuis, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the match, PolishPower's goalkeeper Henk Smibum had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karsten Hegeman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Zeijlemaker in the 66th minute of play forced D.S United's goalkeeper Paul Bouwman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, D.S United's Karsten Hegeman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henk Smibum narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bruno Zeijlemaker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Bouwman having to interfere. Paul Bouwman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Zeijlemaker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paul Bouwman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Zeijlemaker in the 81st minute of play. Bruno Zeijlemaker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Joeri Keupink had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 97th match minute, PolishPower was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kelvin Jonker to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. PolishPower fully deserved thier win.
