The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 9th minute of the game. One of Eldersloo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Zandspui:s goal. Emil van Amersfoort had in the 11thth minute some difficulties stopping Theo Zondervan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Laurens Appel scored 2-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil van Amersfoort, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 16 played minutes Zandspui got a freekick which was hit by Tommie de Boer. Nathan Veldman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ege Sabit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eldersloo's Emil van Amersfoort proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Eldersloo from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ege Sabit during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th minute, Ege Sabit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th match minute, Eldersloo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cezary Fujarczuk to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Eldersloo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Theo Zondervan was slow to take the kick. During this time Zandspui's players had a chance to rest. The Zandspui fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Zandspui's Francesco Cramer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Francesco Cramer struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Emil van Amersfoort didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zandspui.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francesco Cramer made a kick off. Francesco Cramer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emil van Amersfoort having to make a save. In the 55th minute, Dimosthenis Giannoulakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zandspui fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Eldersloo's Emil van Amersfoort played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimosthenis Giannoulakis in the 59th minute of play. Emilian Pantilimon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Nathan Veldman made a huge save. Eldersloo's Emil van Amersfoort played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Cramer in the 64th minute of play. Emil van Amersfoort showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimosthenis Giannoulakis in the 65th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Eldersloo's Frits Blaauwgeers got a free kick in the 66th minute. When Ege Sabit came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Eldersloo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ege Sabit couldn't finish the play. Theo Zondervan hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Eldersloo defense, Theo Zondervan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil van Amersfoort. The Eldersloo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil van Amersfoort should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilian Pantilimon in the 79th minute of play forced Zandspui's goalkeeper Nathan Veldman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harald Heerspink hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Emil van Amersfoort stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francesco Cramer's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 87th minute, Cezary Fujarczuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute Francesco Cramer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil van Amersfoort saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute Laurens Appel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil van Amersfoort saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emil van Amersfoort came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Zandspui's Dimosthenis Giannoulakis. But to his dismay, Dimosthenis Giannoulakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0.
