Henk Adriaanse's late challenge caught a Colmschate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henk Adriaanse helped the player get up and apologised. Henk Adriaanse hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Florian Roodenburg charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florian Roodenburg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ted Lundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennart Zomer having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Colmschate's Wilco Bosstraeten dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Uithuizen's Douwe Hofs got a free kick in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Cemil Talayhan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lennart Zomer was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 39 minutes into the game, Jan Hendrik Zeegelaar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tim Nijsse didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rick Trip went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After 72 minutes of play, Colmschate's Wilco Bosstraeten made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tim Nijsse was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rik Craandijk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lennart Zomer having to make a save. 80 minutes into the match, Colmschate's goalkeeper Lennart Zomer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cemil Talayhan. 82 minutes into the game, Joost Reutter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uithuizen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colmschate the free kick. 83 minutes into the game, one of Uithuizen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Colmschate a penalty, 85 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Coenraad Appel, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Uithuizen's Tim Nijsse. 5-0. Vincent Smits was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 89 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Colmschate's Lennart Zomer got control of the ball when Cemil Talayhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Colmschate walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
