Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When Vincent de Visser came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Reimersbeek U23 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vincent de Visser couldn't finish the play. Abraham van Dessel hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Rien Saarberg hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Reimersbeek U23's goalkeeper Aad Lurling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rien Saarberg. Rien Saarberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aad Lurling having to interfere. Henk-Jan Stroobos hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Hans Siebum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stephan Hammen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Falco Wagemakers hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Pride of the North's Hans Siebum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent de Visser in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Albert Smit dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aad Lurling, 1-1. 31 minutes into the match, Teo Zuiverloon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aad Lurling, 2-1. Henk-Jan Stroobos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Aad Lurling made a huge save. Hans Siebum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stephan Hammen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stephan Hammen took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hans Siebum. Hans Siebum dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 42 minutes into the game, Albert Smit recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aad Lurling. Albert Smit showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. After 45 played minutes Pride of the North got a freekick which was hit by Henk-Jan Stroobos. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albert Smit made a kick off. Hans Siebum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stephan Hammen in the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pride of the North's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stephan Hammen was slow to take the kick. During this time Reimersbeek U23's players had a chance to rest. 60 minutes into the match, Teo Zuiverloon notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Reimersbeek U23's Aad Lurling. Aad Lurling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Albert Smit took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aad Lurling. Aad Lurling dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Hans Siebum stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stephan Hammen's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 70thth minute of the game Stephan Hammen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pride of the North's Hans Siebum was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pride of the North's Hans Siebum proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Pride of the North from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Reimersbeek U23 booed when Pride of the North was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gertjan Hoffhuis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stephan Hammen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aad Lurling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rien Saarberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Stephan Hammens short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Hans Siebum to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Stephan Hammen kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Pride of the North's goal looked a bit too open when Stephan Hammen came free, but Hans Siebum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Rien Saarberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pride of the North fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. Hans Siebum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stephan Hammen in the 93rd minute of play. Teo Zuiverloon's late challenge caught a Reimersbeek U23's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teo Zuiverloon helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pride of the North getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Teo Zuiverloon hit a great ball. Hans Siebum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stephan Hammen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pride of the North's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
