Spectators: 7973 (Terracing: 5981, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 158) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Henny Sparnaaij kicked off to start the match. Ronald van Zeist made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Oscar Ronde sent off a good shot on target. Spoorakker BV's Robin Theuws played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven Wilhelm in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Steven Wilhelm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Geel Blauw United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Steven Wilhelm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute, Spoorakker BV's Henny Sparnaaij dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Spoorakker BV's zone, Barry Rogaars stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robin Theuws came out of the goal and Barry Rogaars tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Geel Blauw United's Jan Adriaanse got a free kick in the 20th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcel Eylens during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Spoorakker BV getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Marcel Eylens hit a great ball. Steven Wilhelm struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Robin Theuws didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Geel Blauw United. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Ronde got free with Ronald van Zeist in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robin Theuws came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Geel Blauw United's Jan Adriaanse. But to his dismay, Jan Adriaanse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Robin Theuws didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Barry Rogaars went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to Geel Blauw United getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Barry Rogaars hit a great ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Steven Wilhelm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Geel Blauw United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Steven Wilhelm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barry Rogaars in the 46th minute of play forced Spoorakker BV's goalkeeper Robin Theuws to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Spoorakker BV booed when Geel Blauw United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steven Wilhelm didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Barry Rogaars made the kick off in the second half. Steven Wilhelm got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 57th minute, Steven Wilhelm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronald van Zeist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Ronde in the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Geel Blauw United's Heiko Lambers got a free kick in the 59th minute. Spoorakker BV's Robin Theuws proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Spoorakker BV from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Spoorakker BV booed when Geel Blauw United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heiko Lambers didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Geel Blauw United's goal looked a bit too open when Henny Sparnaaij came free, but Ronald van Zeist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barry Rogaars could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Robin Theuws made a huge save. Remond Bender took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronald van Zeist. Ronald van Zeist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After 75 played minutes Geel Blauw United got a freekick which was hit by Sjoerd Höhenstein. Ronald van Zeist came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Spoorakker BV's Henny Sparnaaij. But to his dismay, Henny Sparnaaij quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Robin Theuws made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Barry Rogaars sent off a good shot on target. After 84 minutes, Remond Bender mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spoorakker BV and the Geel Blauw United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Spoorakker BV's Robin Theuws played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barry Rogaars in the 86th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Spoorakker BV's Harris Zondervan got a free kick in the 90th minute. Barry Rogaars could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Robin Theuws made a huge save. Spoorakker BV were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Geel Blauw United for a fine match.
