Spectators: 7961 (Terracing: 5972, Seating: 1831, VIP seats: 158) Hell's Timo Looze started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the match, Hell's goal looked a bit too open when Elroy Klaasens came free, but Casper Lamey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casper Lamey was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Elroy Klaasens showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Casper Lamey successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 26th minute, one of Hell:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hell. Fokke Batum shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 31st match minute, Hell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harold Tevreden to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the game, Timo Looze was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hell's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vitesse Arnhem the free kick. After a rather tough play, Hell's Timo Looze got a free kick in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Hell's goalkeeper Casper Lamey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Zevenberg. Jelte Smid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Lamey having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elroy Klaasens in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Lamey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 41 minutes Hell's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fokke Batum who took care of the corner kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Vitesse Arnhem's Elroy Klaasens slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Casper Lamey. That made the score 2-0 after 47 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Casper Lamey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Zevenberg in the 62nd minute of play. After 65 minutes of play, Vitesse Arnhem's Elroy Klaasens made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casper Lamey was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 67th minute, Timo Looze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Klaas Haar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 played minutes Hell got a freekick which was hit by Floris Jonge. Jelte Smid recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Casper Lamey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elroy Klaasens in the 80th minute of the match. Klaas Haar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Hans Kok tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Klaas Haar hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, Harold Tevreden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vitesse Arnhem walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
