But to his dismay, Lennart de Visscher quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to Wullenhoven getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Dirk Roeles hit a great ball. Ate Beerthuis made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Toni Hilbrands sent off a good shot on target. Arno Fransen's late challenge caught a Ankrum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ankrum's Timmie van den Berg got a free kick in the 50th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toni Hilbrands in the 51st minute of play forced Ankrum's goalkeeper Ate Beerthuis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Wullenhoven getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Koen Stam hit a great ball. Dave van Zomeren made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Lennart de Visscher sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dirk Roeles in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ate Beerthuis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dave van Zomeren came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Ankrum's Maurice Holsmuller. But to his dismay, Maurice Holsmuller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 74 minutes into the match, Maurice Holsmuller notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Wullenhoven's Dave van Zomeren. Dave van Zomeren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dave van Zomeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart de Visscher in the 81st minute of the match. Wullenhoven's Dave van Zomeren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Wullenhoven from getting a goal against them. 84 minutes into the match, Wullenhoven's goal looked a bit too open when Henk Kremer came free, but Dave van Zomeren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Henk Kremer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ankrum's supporters rose to their feet, but Henk Kremer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dave van Zomeren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 88th minute, Maurice Holsmuller made a precise shot to the right of Dave van Zomeren. Wullenhoven's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Ankrum's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
