Spectators: 7293 (Terracing: 5993, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leon Vliet started the match with the kick off. Christiaan Vrieling kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Hogeweg FC defense, Lukas Wessel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lukas Sundén. The Hogeweg FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lukas Sundén should have stopped the shot. Peter Schirring made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Vliet in the 13th minute of play. Lukas Sundén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arno Fokkens in the 15th minute of play. Arno Fokkens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lukas Sundén having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Brouwershoek FC's Dave Tanis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lukas Sundén made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Taco Kamps recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hogeweg FC's Leon Vliet got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Peter Schirring managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Hogeweg FC's Taco Kamps fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Wessel in the 39th minute of play forced Hogeweg FC's goalkeeper Lukas Sundén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Taco Kamps fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Schirring having to interfere. Lukas Wessel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Arno Fokkens came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Brouwershoek FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arno Fokkens couldn't finish the play. Hogeweg FC's Leon Vliet got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Hogeweg FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brouwershoek FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arno Fokkens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Peter Schirring showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Vliet in the 53rd minute of the match. Taco Kamps received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Peter Schirring tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Taco Kamps might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peter Schirring. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Taco Kamps ran back to his position shaking his head. Peter Schirring made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Vliet in the 57th minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Brouwershoek FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dave Tanis to maneuver through the defense. Lukas Wessel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Lukas Sundén made a huge save. If Taco Kamps had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tim Stout's late challenge caught a Hogeweg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tim Stout helped the player get up and apologised. Hogeweg FC's Lukas Sundén proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Hogeweg FC from getting a goal against them. Arno Fokkens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lukas Sundén having to interfere. A hard shot 84 in the game by Lukas Wessel from a close distance when the talented Lukas Sundén managed to make a qualified save. Hogeweg FC's players were relieved. Hogeweg FC's Lukas Sundén proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Hogeweg FC from getting a goal against them. Taco Kamps received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Peter Schirring tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pierre Pik during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pierre Pik kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Lukas Wessel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Lukas Sundén skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Brouwershoek FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
