Spectators: 7970 (Terracing: 5979, Seating: 1833, VIP seats: 158) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vincent Zon took the kick off in the first half of the match. Klaas Jan Haken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Zon in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Bossenburgh RKSV's Cees Platvoet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sjoerd Vervoort made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 11th minute, Wim Reints ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sjoerd Vervoort was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Iwan Blikman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Ramele fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Ramele's Iwan Blikman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bossenburgh RKSV's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Vincent Zon scored to the left of an out of position Klaas Jan Haken, making the score, 2-2. Gert van Steensel kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iwan Blikman got free with Klaas Jan Haken in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marc Plagge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 43 minutes, Iwan Blikman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ramele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iwan Blikman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sjoerd Vervoort took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pepijn de Kort, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wim Reints was the one to do the kick off. If Marc Plagge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramele's Sjoerd Vervoort proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Ramele from getting a goal against them. If Iwan Blikman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bossenburgh RKSV's Wim Reints got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iwan Blikman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klaas Jan Haken having to interfere. Klaas Jan Haken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joris Roelofs, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Vincent Zon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klaas Jan Haken having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Bossenburgh RKSV's goal looked a bit too open when Iwan Blikman came free, but Klaas Jan Haken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vincent Zon scored 3-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Klaas Jan Haken, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Joris Roelofs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ramele's supporters rose to their feet, but Joris Roelofs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Klaas Jan Haken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Klaas Jan Haken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwan Blikman in the 85th minute of play. Iwan Blikman struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Klaas Jan Haken didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ramele. Joris Roelofs hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Iwan Blikman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Klaas Jan Haken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bossenburgh RKSV's Klaas Jan Haken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwan Blikman in the 96th minute of play.
