Spectators: 7503 (Terracing: 5575, Seating: 1878, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bailey Tangø kicked off to start the match. Rien Kuis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Niyazi Koçarslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dan Alb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bailey Tangø in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Koos Scheper, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Niyazi Koçarslan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Izaak Stuifzand in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Luizinho Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niyazi Koçarslan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luizinho Vidal in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niyazi Koçarslan saved Menzel SV from getting behind. Dan Alb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Koos Scheper having to interfere. Bailey Tangø blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Koos Scheper having to make a save. When Silver Oks fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Real Leonana's protests and gave Silver Oks a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 played minutes FC Real Leonana got a freekick which was hit by Silver Oks. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Rien Kuis managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Real Leonana's supporters rose to their feet, but Rien Kuis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niyazi Koçarslan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, FC Real Leonana's Silver Oks got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Menzel SV's Niyazi Koçarslan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izaak Stuifzand in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Real Leonana's Bjorn Tuhuteru got a free kick in the 37th minute. Gert Lambers charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gert Lambers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Real Leonana getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Gert Lambers hit a great ball. 0-1 became the score in the 41st minute when Izaak Stuifzand elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Koos Scheper came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Menzel SV's Bailey Tangø. But to his dismay, Bailey Tangø quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Koos Scheper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Fafinski in the 50th minute of play. Bailey Tangø's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Koos Scheper read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Luizinho Vidal came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Niyazi Koçarslan could save by the left post. A collision led to Menzel SV getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Joris Meijer hit a great ball. Niyazi Koçarslan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Izaak Stuifzand, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, FC Real Leonana's goal looked a bit too open when Bailey Tangø came free, but Koos Scheper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niyazi Koçarslan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rien Kuis went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 72nd minute, Silver Oks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Izaak Moorman hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Silver Oks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute, Bailey Tangø got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 85th minute FC Real Leonana were awarded a corner. Luizinho Vidal went to the cornerflag to take it. FC Real Leonana's Luizinho Vidal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Niyazi Koçarslan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 88th minute, Bailey Tangø left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Menzel SV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC Real Leonana players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
