Spectators: 8457 (Terracing: 6344, Seating: 1944, VIP seats: 169) Vincent Mans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Madeo in the 4th minute of the match. After 5 played minutes Reusel S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marian Huchro. 0-1 became the score in the 11th minute when Rafael Madeo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Vincent Mans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederik Diggele in the 13th minute of play. MVV Maastricht's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maurits Ruben in the 19th minute. It was a well-played corner which Gilbert Fleur managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 21 played minutes MVV Maastricht got a freekick which was hit by Maurits Ruben. Rafael Madeo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vincent Mans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. If Martien Jochemsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Maarten Colen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ferdinant Schmidt. That made the score 2-1 in the 34 minute of play. In the 39th minute, Maurits Ruben reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ferdinant Schmidt. The goal made the score 3-1. Ricky Mol kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Frederik Diggele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frederik Diggele to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, MVV Maastricht's goalkeeper Vincent Mans had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frederik Diggele. Ferdinant Schmidt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurits Ruben's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. 66 minutes into the game, MVV Maastricht's Maarten Colen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferdinant Schmidt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Vincent Mans was a little too slow when 傅庭振 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 4-2. In the 74th minute, Marian Huchro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Frederik Diggele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reusel S.C.'s Ferdinant Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurits Ruben in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Ernst van Bommel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maurits Ruben hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 93rd match minute, Reusel S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rareș Ignea to maneuver through the defense. Maurits Ruben fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinant Schmidt having to interfere. Reusel S.C.'s supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because MVV Maastricht had won, even though Reusel S.C. had held more of the ball.
