Spectators: 7505 (Terracing: 5580, Seating: 1875, VIP seats: 50) After a rather tough play, Heihoek's Floris Akkerboom got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 4th minute Fred Ferreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Krul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tim Krul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommie Wielaert in the 9th minute of play forced Biervliet's goalkeeper Rob Kort to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Heihoek's Tommie Wielaert in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Biervliet's goalie prevented a goal. In the 17th minute, Ab van Zwam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Heihoek's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Ferreira came free, but Tim Krul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fred Ferreira scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tim Krul, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Heihoek's Tim Krul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Ferreira in the 25th minute of play. After some careless play in the Heihoek defense, Fred Ferreira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tim Krul. The Heihoek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tim Krul should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute, Dolf Duinhoven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fred Ferreira scored 0-4 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tim Krul, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip de Vries in the 33rd minute of play forced Heihoek's goalkeeper Tim Krul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ab van Zwam in the 35th minute of play forced Heihoek's goalkeeper Tim Krul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tim Krul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ab van Zwam in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Ab van Zwam made a precise shot to the right of Tim Krul. Heihoek's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 48th minute, Ab van Zwam left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Biervliet fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. After the first half Biervliet were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fred Ferreira to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Florian Deuring kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tim Krul. That made the score 0-7 in the 55 minute of play. With a little luck, Heihoek's Tim Krul got control of the ball when Fred Ferreira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tim Krul came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Biervliet's Fred Ferreira. But to his dismay, Fred Ferreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Heihoek's Tim Krul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip de Vries in the 65th minute of play. Tim Krul didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filip de Vries went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Heihoek's Tommie Wielaert got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes in the game, Fred Ferreira dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Tim Krul made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Mathieu Weken sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th minute, Mathieu Weken made a precise shot to the right of Tim Krul. Heihoek's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. Mathieu Weken kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. If Filip de Vries had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Tim Krul successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tim Krul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip de Vries in the 95th minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Biervliet's Ab van Zwam ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tim Krul. Tim Krul yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. Biervliet played a much better game than Heihoek and deserved their victory. The Heihoek players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
