After 5 minutes of play, Queen Red Bulls Eertje's Andrea Bottone made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gio Elders was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 8th minute Marcus Iemberge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gio Elders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gio Elders showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Iemberge, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The audience was convinced that Marcus Iemberge's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gio Elders was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Queen Red Bulls Eertje's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 杨宽岚 in the 12th minute. Gio Elders was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Queen Red Bulls Eertje getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Sven-Arne Tunström hit a great ball. After 27 minutes, Ferry Kuypers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hønefoss BK and the Queen Red Bulls Eertje players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Hønefoss BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferry Kuypers to maneuver through the defense. Gio Elders didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcus Iemberge went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 32nd match minute, Hønefoss BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carel Saarberg to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrea Bottone in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gio Elders saved Hønefoss BK from getting behind. Gio Elders stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrea Bottone's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Humberto Maurits made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giannis de Vries in the 43rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Iemberge in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gio Elders saved Hønefoss BK from getting behind. When Andrea Bottone came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Queen Red Bulls Eertje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrea Bottone couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcus Iemberge to make the kick off. Gio Elders made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Iemberge in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Iemberge in the 66th minute of play forced Hønefoss BK's goalkeeper Gio Elders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Humberto Maurits tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Queen Red Bulls Eertje's Marcus Iemberge slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gio Elders. That made the score 0-4 after 77 minutes of play. After 93 played minutes Hønefoss BK got a freekick which was hit by Daan Wittendorp. After having played for 95 minutes, Marcus Iemberge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Queen Red Bulls Eertje's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcus Iemberge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ferry Kuypers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Humberto Maurits tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
