Bedrettin Münib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Servet Akburç, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the game, Isac Hedin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wevershoek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AVV Zeeburgia the free kick. Bedrettin Münib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Servet Akburç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute, Xiao Chang Chao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in AVV Zeeburgia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! In the 15th minute, Gido Toolenaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xiao Chang Chao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Dries Bogaard fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AVV Zeeburgia's protests and gave Dries Bogaard a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th match minute, AVV Zeeburgia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dries Bogaard to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute Xiao Chang Chao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedrettin Münib saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xiao Chang Chao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedrettin Münib having to interfere. Aurel Gârleanu scored 1-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bedrettin Münib, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Folker Zeijlemaker kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. If Aurel Gârleanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Bram Kuis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurel Gârleanu hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, AVV Zeeburgia's goal looked a bit too open when Gert Plagge came free, but Aílton Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 played minutes Wevershoek got a freekick which was hit by Francisc Banica. Aurel Gârleanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aílton Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isac Hedin in the 42nd minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Xiao Chang Chao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AVV Zeeburgia's Stephan Stout collided with an opponent after 51 minutes. He was hit so badly that he fractured his arm. 51 minutes into the game, Bram Kuis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aurel Gârleanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Bedrettin Münib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Geert Wilder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bedrettin Münib came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by AVV Zeeburgia's Xiao Chang Chao. But to his dismay, Xiao Chang Chao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Bedrettin Münib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xiao Chang Chao in the 70th minute of the match. In the 70th match minute, Wevershoek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bram Kuis to maneuver through the defense. Geert Wilder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedrettin Münib having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Wevershoek's Bram Kuis got a free kick in the 75th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isac Hedin in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aílton Fernandez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as AVV Zeeburgia's Xiao Chang Chao slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bedrettin Münib. That made the score 1-3 after 82 minutes of play. Folker Zeijlemaker hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Wevershoek's Bedrettin Münib proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Wevershoek from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Wevershoek's zone, Xiao Chang Chao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bedrettin Münib came out of the goal and Xiao Chang Chao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AVV Zeeburgia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
