Spectators: 8413 (Terracing: 6310, Seating: 1935, VIP seats: 168) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mark de Zwaan took the kick off in the first half of the match. Atilano Etor came free with the goalkeeper in the 4th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jacco Heesen could save by the left post. When Hubert van Rhijn came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Harmelen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hubert van Rhijn couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Hubert van Rhijn got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jacco Heesen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miroslaw Szymkowiak went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Jacco Heesen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atilano Etor in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Olof Wesseling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stephan Kramer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Young Boys Enschede's goal looked a bit too open when Stephan Kramer came free, but Jacco Heesen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mark de Zwaan's late challenge caught a Harmelen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mark de Zwaan helped the player get up and apologised. After 18 played minutes Young Boys Enschede got a freekick which was hit by Mark de Zwaan. Hubert van Rhijn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Jacco Heesen made a huge save. 24 minutes into the match, Hubert van Rhijn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacco Heesen. Young Boys Enschede's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hubert van Rhijn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Jacco Heesen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hubert van Rhijn went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Hubert van Rhijn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harmelen's supporters rose to their feet, but Hubert van Rhijn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacco Heesen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacco Heesen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hubert van Rhijn went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the match, Young Boys Enschede's goal looked a bit too open when Hubert van Rhijn came free, but Jacco Heesen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Young Boys Enschede's goalkeeper Jacco Heesen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hubert van Rhijn. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stephan Kramer in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacco Heesen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacco Heesen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taco Pilage, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Hubert van Rhijn's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jacco Heesen firmly grabbed it by the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stephan Kramer was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Harmelen's Lex Brürs got control of the ball when Mark de Zwaan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Hubert van Rhijn notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Young Boys Enschede's Jacco Heesen. Jacco Heesen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stephan Teunissen kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Jacobo Venceslao got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Stephan Kramer put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jacco Heesen. Young Boys Enschede's Jacco Heesen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephan Kramer in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hubert van Rhijn in the 77th minute of play forced Young Boys Enschede's goalkeeper Jacco Heesen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Stephan Kramer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jacco Heesen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacco Heesen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert van Rhijn in the 95th minute of play. Harmelen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jacobo Venceslao in the 98th minute. A nice corner shot did that Jacobo Venceslao got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jacco Heesen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the referee ended the match the Harmelen players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
