Spectators: 8457 (Terracing: 6344, Seating: 1944, VIP seats: 169) Eethen HC's Arjen Pronk started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bert Zeeman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luciano Lauaxeta in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gijsbert Harms prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Eethen HC's zone, Luciano Lauaxeta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gijsbert Harms came out of the goal and Luciano Lauaxeta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Eethen HC's Gijsbert Harms got control of the ball when Luciano Lauaxeta tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luciano Lauaxeta in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gijsbert Harms saved Eethen HC from getting behind. In the 17th minute Dynamo Blitz were awarded a corner. Iorgu Bulă went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Dynamo Blitz's Iorgu Bulă to fire away a dangerous shot which Gijsbert Harms despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 22nd minute Victoriano Bertin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gijsbert Harms saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Dynamo Blitz's Luciano Lauaxeta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gijsbert Harms narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luciano Lauaxeta might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gijsbert Harms. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luciano Lauaxeta ran back to his position shaking his head. Luciano Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gijsbert Harms tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eethen HC's Gijsbert Harms proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Eethen HC from getting a goal against them. In the 31st minute, Joshua Bannatyne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gijsbert Harms made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Marinus Westerink sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luciano Lauaxeta in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gijsbert Harms saved Eethen HC from getting behind. Gijsbert Harms had great luck who in the 34thth minute grab hold of the ball when Luciano Lauaxeta from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. A collision led to Dynamo Blitz getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Victoriano Bertin hit a great ball. In the 44th match minute, Dynamo Blitz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Cramer to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Lauaxeta to make the kick off. Dynamo Blitz were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Eethen HC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iorgu Bulă took the corner. The supporters of Eethen HC booed when Dynamo Blitz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marinus Westerink didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gijsbert Harms showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Lauaxeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Joshua Bannatyne ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gijsbert Harms was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When Dynamo Blitz's Luciano Lauaxeta in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Eethen HC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luciano Lauaxeta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. If Luciano Lauaxeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gijsbert Harms showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Lauaxeta in the 68th minute of the match. Eethen HC were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Dynamo Blitz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniël Tamminga took the corner. The corner led Eethen HC's Daniël Tamminga to fire away a dangerous shot which Tjeerd Zwaanswijk despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eethen HC's goalkeeper Gijsbert Harms, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Dynamo Blitz's goalkeeper Tjeerd Zwaanswijk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arjen Pronk. After 79 minutes, Eliodor Novăceanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dynamo Blitz and the Eethen HC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 79 played minutes Dynamo Blitz got a freekick which was hit by Eliodor Novăceanu. 79 minutes into the match, Daniël Tamminga sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Tjeerd Zwaanswijk threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Daniël Tamminga this time. The audience was convinced that Luciano Lauaxeta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gijsbert Harms was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 90th minute, Rios Cabada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
