Erwin Teesing was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Laurențiu Ciocan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 33 minute of play. Erwin Teesing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry van der Saar in the 38th minute of the match. Erwin Teesing made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Taco Scholte charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Taco Scholte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hugo Bender could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Taco Timmermans made a huge save. Hugo Bender sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emile de Cler hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Taco Scholte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Taco Timmermans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Landgraaf 07's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
