Spectators: 8513 (Terracing: 6385, Seating: 1958, VIP seats: 170) Rondo's Charly Rusterholz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Wadwaai FC's Hans Pluijm got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 7th minute, Charly Rusterholz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rick Rinzema. The goal made the score 2-0. Rick Rinzema was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Jacco Hekman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jacco Hekman really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Rick Rinzema was a little too slow when Charly Rusterholz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 4-0. Jacco Hekman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Rick Rinzema tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wadwaai FC's Foeke Rodenberg pulled a muscle in his back after 18 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 18th match minute, Rondo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Björn Ekeroth to maneuver through the defense. Jacco Hekman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rick Rinzema having to interfere. Rick Rinzema stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charly Rusterholz's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Charly Rusterholz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. Rondo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 30 minutes into the match, Wadwaai FC's goal looked a bit too open when Charly Rusterholz came free, but Rick Rinzema reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Rondo's Charly Rusterholz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rick Rinzema. That made the score 6-0 after 37 minutes of play. A collision led to Wadwaai FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Kenneth Theissen hit a great ball. Rick Rinzema showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rick de Zee in the 41st minute of the match. Rick Rinzema stood somewhat misplaced when Charly Rusterholz came free in front of goal and shot 7-0 to the left of him in the 42 minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rolf Ranzijn to make the kick off. Rick Rinzema showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charly Rusterholz in the 59th minute of the match. After 63 played minutes Wadwaai FC got a freekick which was hit by Rolf Ranzijn. Jacco Hekman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Rick Rinzema tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65 minutes, Charly Rusterholz made it 10-0 with a short kick to the right side. Wadwaai FC's Rick Rinzema tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 69th minute, Charly Rusterholz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rick Rinzema was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. If Jacco Hekman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 73 played minutes Wadwaai FC got a freekick which was hit by Rolf Ranzijn. In the 75th minute, Rolf Ranzijn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacco Hekman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rick Rinzema read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th match minute, Rondo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rick de Zee to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th match minute, Wadwaai FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Han Venema to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, Wadwaai FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rick de Zee came free, but Rick Rinzema reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charly Rusterholz took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rick Rinzema. Rick Rinzema dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. Jacco Hekman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Rick Rinzema tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Jacco Hekman made a precise shot to the right of Rick Rinzema. Wadwaai FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0. Rondo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
