Spectators: 8478 (Terracing: 6360, Seating: 1949, VIP seats: 169) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hans Beishuizen started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Jacco Hekman made a precise shot to the right of Laurens de Freitas. Cadier's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 5th minute, Rick de Zee left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rondo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Laurens de Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charly Rusterholz, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When Rondo's Jacco Hekman in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cadier's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th minute Rondo were awarded a corner. Rick de Zee went to the cornerflag to take it. Rondo's Charly Rusterholz got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laurens de Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnout Arends in the 18th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Cadier defense, Charly Rusterholz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laurens de Freitas. The Cadier fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laurens de Freitas should have stopped the shot. Jochem den Hartog charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jochem den Hartog the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Rondo getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Jochem den Hartog hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Rondo's goalkeeper Orestis Lazarou had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hans Beishuizen. Eric Dowie was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 25 minutes into the match. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cadier! After some careless play in the Cadier defense, Jacco Hekman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laurens de Freitas. The Cadier fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laurens de Freitas should have stopped the shot. Wilfred van der Laan's late challenge caught a Rondo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilfred van der Laan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rondo booed when Cadier was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfred van der Laan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Charly Rusterholz made a precise shot to the right of Laurens de Freitas. Cadier's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Jacco Hekman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurens de Freitas having to interfere. Rondo's Dirk-Jan Knuppel got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laurens de Freitas came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Rondo's Jacco Hekman. But to his dismay, Jacco Hekman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Laurens de Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rick de Zee, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Cadier's Laurens de Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnout Arends in the 46th minute of play. Laurens de Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacco Hekman, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charly Rusterholz was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnout Arends in the 53rd minute of play forced Cadier's goalkeeper Laurens de Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cadier's goalkeeper Laurens de Freitas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arnout Arends scored 0-7 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Laurens de Freitas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 63rd minute Charly Rusterholz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurens de Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laurens de Freitas came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Rondo's Charly Rusterholz. But to his dismay, Charly Rusterholz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. 68 minutes into the match, Roeland Hoogendorp dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Laurens de Freitas, 0-9. 72 minutes into the match, Charly Rusterholz notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Cadier's Laurens de Freitas. Laurens de Freitas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Laurens de Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnout Arends, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Rondo's Arnout Arends dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnout Arends got free with Laurens de Freitas in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hans Beishuizen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Orestis Lazarou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Arnout Arends ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laurens de Freitas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. The crowd rose to their feet as Jacco Hekman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Laurens de Freitas. That made the score 0-13 in the 90 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rick de Zee in the 93rd minute of play forced Cadier's goalkeeper Laurens de Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laurens de Freitas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnout Arends in the 94th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacco Hekman got free with Laurens de Freitas in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
