Spectators: 8573 (Terracing: 6431, Seating: 1971, VIP seats: 171) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Michel Luz kicked off to start the match. If Michel Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henk-Jan Weinands in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christiaan Kolkman saved Bergstraat from getting behind. Michel Luzs short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Christiaan Kolkman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 6 minutes into the game, Michel Luz lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Christiaan Kolkman. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henk-Jan Weinands in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christiaan Kolkman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bergstraat's Christiaan Kolkman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk-Jan Weinands in the 15th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Berry Visscher during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes Bergstraat got a freekick which was hit by Berry Visscher. With a little luck, Bergstraat's Christiaan Kolkman got control of the ball when Michel Luz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Christiaan Kolkman stood somewhat misplaced when Henk-Jan Weinands came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 29 minute. In the 31st match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pepijn Timmermans to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Michel Luz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boca Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 37th minute, Henk-Jan Weinands reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christiaan Kolkman. The goal made the score 5-0. The supporters of Boca Juniors booed when Bergstraat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Raatjes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michel Luz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Christiaan Kolkman made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jan Luijten made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Bergstraat getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Jan-Peter van Aalderen hit a great ball. 52 minutes into the match, Henk-Jan Weinands had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christiaan Kolkman. Bergstraat's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henk-Jan Weinands was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Christiaan Kolkman came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Boca Juniors's Henk-Jan Weinands. But to his dismay, Henk-Jan Weinands quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Michel Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christiaan Kolkman having to interfere. Christiaan Kolkman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henk-Jan Weinands's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. After 61 minutes, Henk-Jan Weinands made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bergstraat's Christiaan Kolkman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Boca Juniors made a substitution. Oliver Alberda replaced Henk-Jan Weinands. After 65 minutes, Marco Buys mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bergstraat and the Boca Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Oliver Alberda put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Christiaan Kolkman. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karel de Zee got free with Tom Daamen in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oliver Alberda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christiaan Kolkman having to interfere. Michel Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juliane Rúsin in the 78th minute of play forced Bergstraat's goalkeeper Christiaan Kolkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Bergstraat's Mark Raatjes seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mark Raatjes the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Bergstraat protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mark Raatjes had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oliver Alberda in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christiaan Kolkman saved Bergstraat from getting behind. Boca Juniors's Michel Luz got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Karel de Zee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giovanni Rinzema kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Boca Juniors were the better team. Boca Juniors's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
