Spectators: 8536 (Terracing: 6403, Seating: 1963, VIP seats: 170) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jan-Ove Thedin got the match started through his kick off. Marc van Nistelrooij recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Fargo SC booed when Pijnacker was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frits Duin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marc van Nistelrooij got free with Camillo Cagnetta in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Pijnacker defense, Marc van Nistelrooij kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camillo Cagnetta. The Pijnacker fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camillo Cagnetta should have stopped the shot. When Dominik Brytka fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pijnacker's protests and gave Dominik Brytka a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, Pijnacker was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominik Brytka to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Pijnacker defense, Marc van Nistelrooij kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camillo Cagnetta. The Pijnacker fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camillo Cagnetta should have stopped the shot. In the 36th match minute, Fargo SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sander Schaars to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benet Argoños in the 38th minute of play forced Fargo SC's goalkeeper Bram Kiewit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the game, Benet Argoños cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Bram Kiewit was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bram Kiewit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikolaj Pliszka in the 42nd minute of play. Bram Kiewit came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Pijnacker's Jan-Ove Thedin. But to his dismay, Jan-Ove Thedin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.

Pijnacker's Roelof van Bronckhorst was substituted for Henry Terpstra. Benet Argoños's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bram Kiewit firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 56th minute of the match Pijnacker got a corner. Fargo SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frits Duin ran over to the corner to take the kick. 59 minutes into the match, Fargo SC's goalkeeper Bram Kiewit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frits Duin. After a rather tough play, Pijnacker's Jelmer Kramer got a free kick in the 59th minute. Pijnacker made a substitution. Johannes Kikkert replaced Jelmer Kramer. After a rather tough play, Pijnacker's Dominik Brytka got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Marc van Nistelrooij managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fargo SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marc van Nistelrooij was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camillo Cagnetta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bram Kiewit made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan-Ove Thedin in the 65th minute. Pijnacker's Camillo Cagnetta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marc van Nistelrooij in the 66th minute of play. Jan Bette kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Fargo SC's Virgilio Mangas was substituted for Marc van Nistelrooij. Fargo SC's Bram Kiewit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frits Duin in the 74th minute of play. In the 78th match minute, Fargo SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Katarínus Reitsma to maneuver through the defense. Frits Duin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bram Kiewit. Fargo SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bram Kiewit came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Pijnacker's Frits Duin. But to his dismay, Frits Duin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 86th minute, Pijnacker's Jan-Ove Thedin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bram Kiewit. Bram Kiewit yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Ove Thedin in the 92nd minute of play forced Fargo SC's goalkeeper Bram Kiewit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Pijnacker's Dominik Brytka got a free kick in the 96th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pijnacker's zone, Virgilio Mangas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camillo Cagnetta came out of the goal and Virgilio Mangas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pijnacker eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
