Spectators: 7523 (Terracing: 5575, Seating: 1878, VIP seats: 70) 3 minutes into the match, Kluivertmannie's Cafer Baysal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan Wel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cafer Baysal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Jan Wel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Nijhoven's Jan Wel got control of the ball when Enzo Cassano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute Kluivertmannie were awarded a corner. Jochem Diest went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Jochem Diest almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Nijhoven's Jan Wel did a great save. Nijhoven's Jan Wel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cafer Baysal in the 9th minute of play. Cafer Baysal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Wel having to interfere. The supporters of Kluivertmannie booed when Nijhoven was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danny Harmens didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Nijhoven's Fredrik Odén got a free kick in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enzo Cassano in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Wel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Enzo Cassano struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Jan Wel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kluivertmannie. Cafer Baysal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan Wel having to make a save. 25 minutes into the match, Nijhoven's goalkeeper Jan Wel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cafer Baysal. Teobaldo Juvenal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Fens in the 27th minute of the match. Teobaldo Juvenal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Fens in the 29th minute of play. Jan Wel made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Enzo Cassano sent off a good shot on target. Cafer Baysal hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The long shot by Giovanni Bernard in the 37th minute really tested Jan Wel's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Wilco Opdam fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nijhoven's protests and gave Wilco Opdam a yellow card for diving instead. After 38 played minutes Nijhoven got a freekick which was hit by Wilco Opdam. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enzo Cassano to strike the kick off in the second half. Teobaldo Juvenal made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Fredrik Odén sent off a good shot on target. Jan Wel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cafer Baysal, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute Kluivertmannie were awarded a corner. Jochem Diest went to the cornerflag to take it. Jochem Diest made a great header on Kluivertmannie's corner, it was just that Nijhoven's Jan Wel managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 61st minute, Nijhoven's Danny Harmens seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Danny Harmens the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Nijhoven protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Danny Harmens had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Jan Wel had in the 63rdth minute some difficulties stopping Cafer Baysal's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Jan Wel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cafer Baysal in the 64th minute of play. Cafer Baysal took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan Wel. Jan Wel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Cafer Baysal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 71 minutes into the match, Nijhoven's goal looked a bit too open when Cafer Baysal came free, but Jan Wel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilco Opdam hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Jan Wel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafer Baysal in the 84th minute of the match. Co Homan charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Co Homan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th match minute, Kluivertmannie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Co Homan to maneuver through the defense. Teobaldo Juvenal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Odén, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After a rather tough play, Nijhoven's Jelmer Moek got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Kluivertmannie's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
