In the 9th minute of the match Witold Cebula sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harm Rooy skillfully saved the ball. In the 11th minute, Jan-Ove Thedin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Harm Rooy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Ove Thedin in the 16th minute of play. Harm Rooy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Ove Thedin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Jan-Ove Thedin made a precise shot to the right of Harm Rooy. De Kwakel FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Pijnacker's Camillo Cagnetta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Zilverberg in the 23rd minute of play. Camillo Cagnetta had great luck who in the 24thth minute grab hold of the ball when Florian Zilverberg from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florian Zilverberg in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camillo Cagnetta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. De Kwakel FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Frits Gronden in the 29th minute. The corner led De Kwakel FC's Frits Gronden to fire away a dangerous shot which Camillo Cagnetta despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 30th match minute, Pijnacker was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witold Cebula to maneuver through the defense. Eustacio Medina scored 3-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camillo Cagnetta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute Mikolaj Pliszka suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 41 minutes into the game, Ronald Meulman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. De Kwakel FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pijnacker the free kick. In the 42nd match minute, De Kwakel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronald Meulman to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Florian Zilverberg was the one to do the kick off. De Kwakel FC's Harm Rooy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save De Kwakel FC from getting a goal against them. In the 54th minute Pijnacker were awarded a corner. Witold Cebula went to the cornerflag to take it. Witold Cebula made a great header on Pijnacker's corner, it was just that De Kwakel FC's Harm Rooy managed to reach the ball for a save. Harm Rooy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Ove Thedin in the 55th minute of play. De Kwakel FC's Harm Rooy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save De Kwakel FC from getting a goal against them. De Kwakel FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Benet Argoños 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-3. Camillo Cagnetta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florian Zilverberg's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. After some careless play in the Pijnacker defense, Eustacio Medina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camillo Cagnetta. The Pijnacker fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camillo Cagnetta should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the match, Frits Gronden notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of Pijnacker's Camillo Cagnetta. Camillo Cagnetta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benet Argoños's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Harm Rooy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Frits Duin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Harm Rooy made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florian Zilverberg in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camillo Cagnetta saved Pijnacker from getting behind. In the 84th minute, Jan-Ove Thedin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benet Argoños who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Harm Rooy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Frits Duin hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Frits Duin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pijnacker's supporters rose to their feet, but Frits Duin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harm Rooy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The De Kwakel FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pijnacker had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
