The Zsigmond Bodor was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Heiko Som showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Stekelenburg, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Daniël Jongsma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Zsigmond Bodor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Carsten Westerink hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Kevin Newman made the kick off in the second half. Heiko Som made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Michael Stekelenburg sent off a good shot on target. After 53 played minutes De Ontembare Leeuwen got a freekick which was hit by Stef Mol. 56 minutes into the match, De Ontembare Leeuwen's goalkeeper Heiko Som had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonio Txaran. De Ontembare Leeuwen's Heiko Som proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save De Ontembare Leeuwen from getting a goal against them. In the 68thth minute of the game Kevin Newman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Telgt's Zsigmond Bodor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Kevin Newman sped through Telgt's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zsigmond Bodor. Carlos Gustavo Anatibia hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Shantala in the 71st minute of play forced De Ontembare Leeuwen's goalkeeper Heiko Som to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Telgt's Carsten Westerink got a free kick in the 74th minute. De Ontembare Leeuwen's Kevin Newman couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Telgt. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernest Kleinman in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zsigmond Bodor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zsigmond Bodor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernest Kleinman in the 85th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kevin Newman in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zsigmond Bodor saved Telgt from getting behind. Telgt's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
