Spectators: 7600 (Terracing: 5675, Seating: 1875, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antonio Txaran kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Alfredão Quintal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zsigmond Bodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredão Quintal succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 5th playminute. Gijs Roorda's late challenge caught a Telgt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gijs Roorda helped the player get up and apologised. Gijs Roorda hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Dedé Magalhães didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michael Stekelenburg went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Antonio Txaran scored 1-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dedé Magalhães, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfredão Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dedé Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Stekelenburg in the 25th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Geitenkamp defense, Antonio Txaran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dedé Magalhães. The FC Geitenkamp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dedé Magalhães should have stopped the shot. Dedé Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Stekelenburg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Antonio Txaran put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Dedé Magalhães. After 33 played minutes FC Geitenkamp got a freekick which was hit by Henrique Varela. Dedé Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikos Kissas in the 34th minute of play. Dedé Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Stekelenburg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dedé Magalhães came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Telgt's Antonio Txaran. But to his dismay, Antonio Txaran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. After 42 minutes of play, Telgt's Benigno Shantala made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dedé Magalhães was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jaap van Dinteren hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Dedé Magalhães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Txaran's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. During the 47th minute of the match Gijs Roorda completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gijs Roorda a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Gijs Roorda kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Americo Isauro made a kick off. Telgt made a substitution. Ralf Zeydeveld replaced Nikos Kissas. Henry Drent hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Telgt's attentive Michael Stekelenburg managed to snatch the ball when Jaap van Dinteren made a throw-in in the 66th minute of the game. In the 66thth minute of the game Antonio Txaran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Geitenkamp's Dedé Magalhães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the FC Geitenkamp defense, Ricky Ridder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dedé Magalhães. The FC Geitenkamp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dedé Magalhães should have stopped the shot. Ronny Waidijk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dedé Magalhães came out and tried to block the shot, but Ronny Waidijk slotted it home off the left post making it 1-9 in the 78th minute. Benigno Shantala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 83 minutes, Benigno Shantala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Telgt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benigno Shantala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Americo Isauro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zsigmond Bodor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Antonio Txaran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dedé Magalhães having to make a save. FC Geitenkamp's Dedé Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Txaran in the 87th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Telgt's Antonio Txaran got a free kick in the 89th minute. 1-10 became the score in the 92nd minute when Antonio Txaran elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Telgt left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Geitenkamp.
