Steven Kikkert's late challenge caught a FC Geitenkamp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Steven Kikkert helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, FC Yupski was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steven Kikkert to maneuver through the defense. If Alfredão Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dedé Magalhães made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Lukas Arts sent off a good shot on target. Gerald den Hertogh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dedé Magalhães having to interfere. Timmy Kvist hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, FC Yupski's goal looked a bit too open when Alessio De Sanctis came free, but Tobiasz Hajder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lukas Arts's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Dedé Magalhães skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Lukas Arts could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Dedé Magalhães made a huge save. The supporters of FC Yupski booed when FC Geitenkamp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredão Quintal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Jaap van Dinteren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dinei de Mendonça shot from long distance after 37 played minutes, a shot that Dedé Magalhães with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. FC Geitenkamp's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessio De Sanctis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobiasz Hajder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Americo Isauro made the kick off in the second half. Americo Isauro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Tobiasz Hajder made a huge save. Dedé Magalhães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lukas Arts's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. FC Geitenkamp's Dedé Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukas Arts in the 65th minute of play. When Jaap van Dinteren fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Geitenkamp's protests and gave Jaap van Dinteren a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes FC Geitenkamp got a freekick which was hit by Jaap van Dinteren. In the 68th minute, Lukas Arts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Arts in the 70th minute of play forced FC Geitenkamp's goalkeeper Dedé Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steven Kikkert hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Americo Isauro got free with Tobiasz Hajder in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Geitenkamp's Alfredão Quintal got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Yupski's 姜威振 was substituted for Dinei de Mendonça. In the 81st minute Lukas Arts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Oliver Bot notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of FC Geitenkamp's Dedé Magalhães. Dedé Magalhães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Yupski were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Geitenkamp for a fine match.
