Heiko Som came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Harzan FC's Wouter Zimmer. But to his dismay, Wouter Zimmer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 28 minutes into the match, De Ontembare Leeuwen's goal looked a bit too open when Wouter Zimmer came free, but Heiko Som reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harzan FC's Gooitzen Meinders played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Newman in the 30th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, De Ontembare Leeuwen's Kevin Newman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gooitzen Meinders made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 36 minutes into the match, Harzan FC's goalkeeper Gooitzen Meinders had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacco Hoving. Gooitzen Meinders was a little too slow when Ernest Kleinman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Newman in the 41st minute of play forced Harzan FC's goalkeeper Gooitzen Meinders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gido Hoogland to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, De Ontembare Leeuwen's Jorn Spannenburg got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute, Carlos Gustavo Anatibia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gooitzen Meinders was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Heiko Som showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gido Hoogland in the 64th minute of the match. Gooitzen Meinders made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Newman in the 65th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Gustavo Anatibia in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gooitzen Meinders saved Harzan FC from getting behind. A collision led to De Ontembare Leeuwen getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Stefan Popken hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Wouter Zimmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Harzan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Newman came free, but Gooitzen Meinders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute De Ontembare Leeuwen were awarded a corner. Raymond Heersprink went to the cornerflag to take it. Raymond Heersprink made a great header on De Ontembare Leeuwen's corner, it was just that Harzan FC's Gooitzen Meinders managed to reach the ball for a save. Jacco Hoving hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Kevin Newman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernest Kleinman in the 81st minute of play forced Harzan FC's goalkeeper Gooitzen Meinders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 minutes of play, De Ontembare Leeuwen's Carlos Gustavo Anatibia made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gooitzen Meinders was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kevin Newman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gooitzen Meinders having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Carlos Gustavo Anatibia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Gooitzen Meinders was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. De Ontembare Leeuwen's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
