After some careless play in the Holtland FC defense, Shoval Diggs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baal Vanger. The Holtland FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baal Vanger should have stopped the shot. Holtland FC's Baal Vanger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shoval Diggs in the 19th minute of play. A collision led to Holtland FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Abraham Sluis hit a great ball. Sheep United were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Holtland FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. José Antonio Parra took the corner. Baal Vanger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shoval Diggs in the 27th minute of the match. Jose Ieltxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Melfi having to interfere. After 41st play minutes Sjef Fellinger shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Damiano Melfi and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 44th match minute, Sheep United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugen Talianu to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Shoval Diggs made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose Ieltxu got free with Damiano Melfi in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sjef Fellinger scored 1-3 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damiano Melfi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sjef Fellinger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 64th minute Vinny Jones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Melfi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damiano Melfi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abraham Sluis went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. 69 minutes into the match, Roelof Molenaar notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Sheep United's Damiano Melfi. Damiano Melfi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 73rd minute Angel Dellasierra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Melfi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Sheep United's goalkeeper Damiano Melfi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sjef Fellinger. In the 75th minute, Sjef Fellinger reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Damiano Melfi. The goal made the score 1-6. Holtland FC made a substitution. Sander Meurs replaced Jonathan Hoogstrate. Sjef Fellinger received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Damiano Melfi came out and tried to block the shot, but Sjef Fellinger slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 81st minute. Baal Vanger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Antonio Parra went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-8 was the resulting score. Baal Vanger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Antonio Parra in the 91st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Roelof Molenaar took a quick shot and it went in 2-9 without a chance for Damiano Melfi to make any attempt to save it. Holtland FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
