The Maquis's Walther Jano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save The Maquis from getting a goal against them. Walther Jano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Lamberts in the 7th minute of the match. With his leg Walther Jano managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Holtland FC's Sjef Fellinger fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niels Rooy in the 11th minute of play forced Holtland FC's goalkeeper Baal Vanger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes of play, The Maquis's Niels Rooy made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baal Vanger was left in no man's land by his defense there! Walther Jano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sjef Fellinger in the 16th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Mitchell Kroon in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by The Maquis's Berend Staarman. Walther Jano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcel Lamberts showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 27 minute of play. In the 34th minute Roelof Molenaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walther Jano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Holtland FC's Mitchell Kroon got a free kick in the 37th minute. Niels Rooy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baal Vanger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niels Rooy in the 39th minute of play. When Mitchell Kroon fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Holtland FC's protests and gave Mitchell Kroon a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Holtland FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Mitchell Kroon hit a great ball. Oliver Smit, 47 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Sjef Fellinger made the kick off in the second half. 陈建川 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baal Vanger having to interfere. In the 77th minute Sjef Fellinger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walther Jano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sjef Fellinger in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walther Jano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 79 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Holtland FC's Sjef Fellinger fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When Niels Rooy came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the The Maquis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niels Rooy couldn't finish the play. 88 minutes into the match, The Maquis's goal looked a bit too open when Sjef Fellinger came free, but Walther Jano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st match minute, The Maquis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zhuo Feng Lei to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind The Maquis's goalkeeper Walther Jano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Marco Walregt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 played minutes The Maquis got a freekick which was hit by 陈建川. The Maquis succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Holtland FC had controlled the match.
