After 6 minutes Who Ate All Depay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was José Antonio Parra who took care of the corner kick. The Who Ate All Depay fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Who Ate All Depay's Alex Volponi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Sheep United getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. José Antonio Parra hit a great ball. Damiano Melfi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bon Scott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damiano Melfi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bon Scott in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Sheep United's goal looked a bit too open when Wen Bo Yang came free, but Damiano Melfi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sheep United's Damiano Melfi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wen Bo Yang in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute Alex Volponi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Melfi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damiano Melfi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bon Scott in the 26th minute of play. Damiano Melfi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Volponi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Volponi in the 29th minute of play forced Sheep United's goalkeeper Damiano Melfi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Volponi in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damiano Melfi saved Sheep United from getting behind. Damiano Melfi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wen Bo Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Who Ate All Depay's Falco Pruischer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shoval Diggs in the 42nd minute of play. Alex Volponi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Melfi having to interfere. After the first half Who Ate All Depay were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Shoval Diggs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bon Scott kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Luuk de Boer hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Who Ate All Depay's Yorrick Kiewiet was substituted for Pieter Koole. After 57 played minutes Who Ate All Depay got a freekick which was hit by Luuk de Boer. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, José Antonio Parra put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Falco Pruischer. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Antonio Parra in the 65th minute of play forced Who Ate All Depay's goalkeeper Falco Pruischer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sheep United's Damiano Melfi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Sheep United from getting a goal against them. Gerrie Bot hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Who Ate All Depay made a substitution. Roel Ravenbergen replaced Wen Bo Yang. A collision led to Sheep United getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Gerrie Bot hit a great ball. Bon Scott scored 1-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damiano Melfi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st minute Roel Ravenbergen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Melfi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Sheep United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Who Ate All Depay's performance. The match ended with a win for Who Ate All Depay.
