When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Valer Văidianu put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Walther Jano. With a little luck, The Maquis's Walther Jano got control of the ball when Valer Văidianu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Niels Rooy ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 37th minute Niels Rooy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yu Ang Chuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walther Jano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arjan Spanjer in the 38th minute of the match. Walther Jano made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Arjan Spanjer sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd minute, Niels Rooy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yu Ang Chuan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Niels Rooy took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yu Ang Chuan. Yu Ang Chuan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 55th minute Niels Rooy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yu Ang Chuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niels Rooys short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Yu Ang Chuan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to The Maquis getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Marco Walregt hit a great ball. De tulpen SC made a substitution. Fredrik Alebeck replaced Arjan Spanjer. The supporters of De tulpen SC booed when The Maquis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Walregt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walther Jano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fredrik Alebeck's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. 65 minutes into the match, The Maquis's goal looked a bit too open when Valer Văidianu came free, but Walther Jano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute The Maquis were awarded a corner. Oliver Smit went to the cornerflag to take it. Ralf Kremer tried in the game's 69th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Yu Ang Chuan. An annoying self made goal, 1-4. Walther Jano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valer Văidianu in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute of the game Luc Hillen made a throw-in which Valer Văidianu played forward. If Fredrik Alebeck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes in the game Luc Hillen did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Timoteo Manilan. Walther Jano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Alebeck in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, De tulpen SC's goal looked a bit too open when Niels Rooy came free, but Yu Ang Chuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 陈建川 hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match.
