In the 7th minute of the game Arjan Stuijt made a throw-in which Tombolo Wa Kadima De Reckheim played forward. Walther Jano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tombolo Wa Kadima De Reckheim in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Bernebe Sotes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niels Rooy scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yu Ming Nan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Walther Jano was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Carmine Berardi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Carmine Berardi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Yu Ming Nan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niels Rooy, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Anthony Mancini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yu Ming Nan having to interfere. In the 33rd match minute, The Maquis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zhuo Feng Lei to maneuver through the defense. Walther Jano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tombolo Wa Kadima De Reckheim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 played minutes SC Duisburg 2012 got a freekick which was hit by Sonny Tirtana. Arjan Stuijt kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 陈建川 in the 48th minute of play forced SC Duisburg 2012's goalkeeper Yu Ming Nan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 49 minutes SC Duisburg 2012's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Oliver Smit who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Oliver Smit almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Duisburg 2012's Yu Ming Nan did a great save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niels Rooy to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Bernebe Sotes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oliver Smit, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 59thth minute of the game Niels Rooy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Duisburg 2012's Yu Ming Nan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niels Rooy in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yu Ming Nan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carmine Berardi hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Walther Jano came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Duisburg 2012's Tombolo Wa Kadima De Reckheim. But to his dismay, Tombolo Wa Kadima De Reckheim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, 陈建川 managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Maquis's supporters rose to their feet, but 陈建川 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yu Ming Nan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of The Maquis booed when SC Duisburg 2012 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arjan Stuijt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Niels Rooy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yu Ming Nan made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Anthony Mancini sent off a good shot on target. Walther Jano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernebe Sotes in the 80th minute of play. Tombolo Wa Kadima De Reckheim hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. If 陈建川 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When The Maquis's Niels Rooy in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Duisburg 2012's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the SC Duisburg 2012 defense, Niels Rooy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yu Ming Nan. The SC Duisburg 2012 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yu Ming Nan should have stopped the shot. Oliver Smit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 98th minute, Niels Rooy made a precise shot to the right of Yu Ming Nan. SC Duisburg 2012's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. The SC Duisburg 2012 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching The Maquis's performance. The match ended with a win for The Maquis.
