A collision led to Osdorp FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ludomil Sokolski hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Bueno in the 7th minute of play forced Osdorp FC's goalkeeper Wilfried Henselmans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Osdorp FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Bueno came free, but Wilfried Henselmans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osdorp FC's Wilfried Henselmans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorn Krommert in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Osdorp FC's goalkeeper Wilfried Henselmans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Niek Kiewit managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Osdorp FC's Wang Chao Jun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Overschie's Niek Kiewit got control of the ball when Wang Chao Jun tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute of the match, Jack de Koning got a very nice opportunity to score, but Niek Kiewit was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience was convinced that Wang Chao Jun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niek Kiewit was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Pedro Porro scored 1-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niek Kiewit, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Wang Chao Jun got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 29 minutes, Wang Chao Jun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Osdorp FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wang Chao Jun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Osdorp FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Douwe de Haan hit a great ball. Wilfried Henselmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorn Krommert, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute, Roger Bueno made a precise shot to the right of Wilfried Henselmans. Osdorp FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Niek Kiewit made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Wang Chao Jun sent off a good shot on target. Niek Kiewit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wang Chao Jun in the 44th minute of play. Wang Chao Jun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Overschie's Ruud Koning got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 48th minute Pedro Porro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niek Kiewit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Osdorp FC's Wilfried Henselmans proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Osdorp FC from getting a goal against them. Niek Kiewit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wang Chao Jun in the 58th minute of play. With a little luck, Osdorp FC's Wilfried Henselmans got control of the ball when Ruud Koning tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wang Chao Jun in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niek Kiewit saved Overschie from getting behind. If Wang Chao Jun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, Victor Ixona notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Overschie's Niek Kiewit. Niek Kiewit was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Osdorp FC's Wang Chao Jun in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Overschie's goalie prevented a goal. In the 85th minute, Jorn Krommert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Overschie fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Osdorp FC made a substitution. Frank Wiegmann replaced Pedro Porro. In the 92nd minute Frank Wiegmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niek Kiewit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Frank Wiegmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Osdorp FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Wiegmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niek Kiewit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
