Ralph Roeles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogelio Hanni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zebastian Bergfeldt in the 39th minute of play. After 45 minutes of play, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Jan de Vlieger made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rogelio Hanni was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oscar Cruz to make the kick off. The Jacksonville 67 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Julias Rascals Apeldoorn reached it. A hard shot 89 in the game by Zebastian Bergfeldt from a close distance when the talented Rogelio Hanni managed to make a qualified save. Jacksonville 67's players were relieved. Rogelio Hanni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zebastian Bergfeldt's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
