Ege Vecih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Artemio Domenech made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Pavel Nedvěd sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hieronim Literski in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artemio Domenech saved Boca Gregorian Juniors from getting behind. Ege Vecih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sébastien Haller in the 11th minute of play. A.J. Reitsma kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Wim Oldenborger scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ege Vecih, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 27 minutes into the game, when Borys Sienkiewicz put in a rough tackle. 27 minutes into the game, one of AC Pitt Bier:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a rather tough play, AC Pitt Bier's Ferry Temen got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute Pavel Nedvěd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Domenech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Sébastien Haller who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Ege Vecih when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Pavel Nedvěd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ege Vecih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard Daamen in the 65th minute of play. Ege Vecih made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Hans-Cees Dirks sent off a good shot on target. After 71 played minutes AC Pitt Bier got a freekick which was hit by Pascall de Vries. João Paiva, 72 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. AC Pitt Bier's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Wim Oldenborger scored to the left of an out of position Ege Vecih, making the score, 0-4. Boca Gregorian Juniors's Maju Gigante was substituted for Sébastien Haller. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maju Gigante got free with Ege Vecih in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ricardo Bittencourt kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Ege Vecih made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Maju Gigante sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Boca Gregorian Juniors's zone, Albert Heebels stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Domenech came out of the goal and Albert Heebels tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AC Pitt Bier's Ege Vecih proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save AC Pitt Bier from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute, Harry Vrieling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artemio Domenech was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. A collision led to Boca Gregorian Juniors getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. A.J. Reitsma hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Boca Gregorian Juniors left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AC Pitt Bier.
