Spectators: 10000 (Terracing: 7500, Seating: 2300, VIP seats: 200) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 4th minute, Thiago Gol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Steven Homan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petr Čech read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Petr Čech stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Steven Homan's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Steven Homan put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Petr Čech. After 13 minutes of play, SCs StarS's Jordy Dirks made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yorrick Zoethout was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute Jordy Dirks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yorrick Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Gol in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Matthijs Ebbinge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SCs StarS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Balverliefd the free kick. After a rather tough play, SCs StarS's Matthijs Ebbinge got a free kick in the 28th minute. With a little luck, SCs StarS's Petr Čech got control of the ball when Steven Homan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Petr Čech was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Felix van As. Florian Hekman hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the game, 罗松棋 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SCs StarS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Balverliefd the free kick. A collision led to SCs StarS getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. 罗松棋 hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Felix van As sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SCs StarS's Petr Čech didn't even have to move. Jordy Dirks hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Steven Homan was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as SCs StarS's Thiago Gol slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Yorrick Zoethout. That made the score 1-2 after 52 minutes of play. SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save SV Balverliefd from getting a goal against them. Jyrki Kujanpää made in the 59th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SCs StarS's Co Scholten. After a rather tough play, SCs StarS's Co Scholten got a free kick in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steven Homan in the 60th minute of play forced SCs StarS's goalkeeper Petr Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yorrick Zoethout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 66 minutes into the match, SV Balverliefd's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Gol came free, but Yorrick Zoethout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Steven Homan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SV Balverliefd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Florian Hekman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Yorrick Zoethout made a huge save. Petr Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steven Homan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix van As sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
