Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Nenger de Penger FC's goalkeeper Laurens Roelfs had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raymond Schouten. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Abelardo Roderigo sped through NFC Eagles 22's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ciccio Tacconi. 19 minutes into the match, Nenger de Penger FC's goalkeeper Laurens Roelfs had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 盛世 高文竞. Gerardo Cloyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ciccio Tacconi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nenger de Penger FC's Laurens Roelfs proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Nenger de Penger FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Nenger de Penger FC booed when NFC Eagles 22 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. 盛世 高文竞 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laurens Roelfs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 盛世 高文竞 in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to Nenger de Penger FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Marcel Wijk hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Cloyo in the 33rd minute of play forced NFC Eagles 22's goalkeeper Ciccio Tacconi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciccio Tacconi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Cloyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Nenger de Penger FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ni Jun Tian hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, 盛世 高文竞 fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Gerardo Cloyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 盛世 高文竞 to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by 盛世 高文竞 in the 53rd minute of play forced Nenger de Penger FC's goalkeeper Laurens Roelfs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peter Remmelts kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Ron Moermans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurens Roelfs having to interfere. After taking down the ball on NFC Eagles 22's corner Ted Jansen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Laurens Roelfs quite easily take care of the ball. The NFC Eagles 22 fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when NFC Eagles 22's Raymond Schouten looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 89 minutes into the match, Nenger de Penger FC's goal looked a bit too open when 盛世 高文竞 came free, but Laurens Roelfs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Nenger de Penger FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Abelardo Roderigo hit a great ball. In the 95th minute of the game Marcel Wijk made a throw-in which Luís Campelo played forward. Nenger de Penger FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
