Bruno Marceau hit a great ball. Abelardo Roderigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a huge save. Laurens Roelfs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pepijn Hummel, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Leon Craandijk was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ksawery Gongola made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to FFC Merainies 03 getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Jörgen Kjellqvist hit a great ball. Musios Matsoukis kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. FFC Merainies 03's Gertjan Engbers was substituted for Jörgen Kjellqvist. The referee gave Nenger de Penger FC a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. When the match was over FFC Merainies 03 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Nenger de Penger FC throughout the match.
