Spectators: 6881 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1881, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Degabriele got free with Noel Bellizzi in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Andy Jansing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Abateo charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Abateo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of Pembroke:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of napoli calcio:s goal. Andy Jansing shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Charlon Troisy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Valenzia having to make a save. Daniele Axisa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pembroke's goalkeeper Marco Valenzia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Julian Degabriele ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noel Bellizzi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Andy Jansing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Pembroke's zone, Andy Jansing stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Valenzia came out of the goal and Andy Jansing tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Charlon Troisy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Valenzia was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Julian Degabriele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Noel Bellizzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 played minutes napoli calcio got a freekick which was hit by Daniele Axisa. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reuben Ambrogio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Andy Jansing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Jansing in the 55th minute of play forced Pembroke's goalkeeper Marco Valenzia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Charlon Troisy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Angelo Camoin came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the napoli calcio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Camoin couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute Julian Degabriele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Bellizzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andy Jansing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Valenzia having to interfere.
