But to his dismay, Jean Paul Bencini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Louis Pulis in the 36th minute of play forced San Pawl il-Baħar's goalkeeper Carlo Catania to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
